Our Bed & Breakfast has one double/family en-suite room (consisting of one double bed and one single) and one twin room.

Riverside B&B guesthouse in the rural village of Uppermill, Saddleworth is the perfect base for cyclists, walkers and tourists enjoying the beautiful surrounding woodlands and countryside.


We are a family run business serving traditional food in a homely and friendly atmosphere. Everything on our menu is home cooked and we use local produce where possible, so after a good night's rest you can expect a delicious traditional cooked breakfast cooked exactly how you like it!

The two rooms are tastefully furnished, with each room having access to bathroom facilities.  The rooms are well appointed with thermostatically controlled heating, Radio-Alarm, Hair-Dryer, Electric shaver point, Iron and Ironing Board and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Our guests also have exclusive use of a cosy top floor lounge with TV should they wish to put their feet up after a long day walking or sight-seeing.

£60 twin room – B&B           based on two people sharing
£65 en-suite room – B&B    (£20 per extra person as family room)

£40 per room – B&B            based on single occupancy (£5 extra for en-suite subject to availability)
